Our Services

Nourished by Soluna provides prepared meal services for individuals, families, senior populations, facilities, organizations, community programs, and other approved partners.

Services, menus, pricing, delivery areas, meal availability, and ordering options may change based on availability, operational capacity, program requirements, or contractual agreements.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Nourished by Soluna reserves the right to decline, limit, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing errors, service-area limitations, suspected fraud, operational limitations, or circumstances affecting our ability to safely prepare or deliver food.

If we cancel a paid customer order before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, service fees, or other charges will be disclosed during checkout or before an order is confirmed when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an online customer order is considered confirmed unless other payment arrangements have been approved.

Pricing for facilities, organizations, government agencies, healthcare partners, nonprofits, community programs, and other contracted clients may be established separately through proposals, purchase orders, service agreements, or contracts.

Menu Availability & Substitutions

Menus and individual meal components are subject to availability.

When necessary, Nourished by Soluna may substitute an unavailable ingredient, side, beverage, or meal component with a reasonably comparable item. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall quality and nature of the meal.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should communicate those requirements before ordering and review available ingredient and allergen information.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Food may be prepared or handled in environments where common allergens are present.

Although reasonable precautions may be taken when accommodating dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular meal or program.

Customers are responsible for communicating known allergies and dietary requirements when requested and determining whether a meal is appropriate for their individual needs.

Nutrition Information

Any nutritional information provided by Nourished by Soluna is intended for general informational purposes unless specifically prepared or approved for a regulated nutrition program.

Individual nutritional needs vary. General meal descriptions or nutritional information should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup orders are governed by our Meal Delivery & Pickup Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for properly receiving, storing, refrigerating, reheating, and handling meals after delivery or pickup.

Cancellations, Refunds & Order Issues

Cancellations, refunds, credits, replacements, damaged orders, incorrect orders, and other customer order concerns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because prepared meals are perishable products, they generally cannot be physically returned or exchanged after delivery or pickup.

Food Safety

Nourished by Soluna is committed to following applicable food-safety and sanitation requirements associated with our operations.

Customers are responsible for following any storage, refrigeration, freezing, reheating, expiration, or consumption instructions provided with their meals.

Food that has been improperly stored or handled after delivery or pickup should not be consumed.

Contract & Organizational Services

Services provided to senior living communities, group homes, healthcare organizations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, community programs, businesses, and other institutional partners may be governed by separate proposals, purchase orders, scopes of work, service agreements, or contracts.

Those agreements may establish specific requirements concerning pricing, menus, nutritional standards, delivery schedules, invoicing, payment terms, service levels, cancellation, insurance, reporting, food safety, and other obligations.

If an applicable written agreement conflicts with these general Terms of Service, the written agreement will control for services provided under that agreement.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, menu descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, nutritional information, and other content may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

Food photographs are provided for presentation purposes and actual meals may vary in appearance, portion presentation, ingredients, packaging, or accompaniments.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Intellectual Property

The Nourished by Soluna name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, designs, written materials, and other original business materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce or commercially use our protected materials without authorization.
